The Mason Perkins Deafness Fund invited me and Corrie Tijsseling for a workshop on ‘Empowering the signing community’. The workshop on 21 & 22 February focused on furthering cooperation between deaf signers and interpreters, as a result providing a higher quality and successful interpretation.
