Deaffest the Deaf Film and Television Festival, was launched by Zebra Uno, Light House and the University of Wolverhampton. It was launched with a purpose to provide deaf filmmakers with an opportunity to be recognised for their talents, to show their work and be supported in achieving their aspirations.
